How it actually works
You tell us which accounts already have the audience you want: competitors, peers, the publications and brands your ideal follower already follows. We call those targets. Working through your own Instagram account, we engage with the real, active followers of those accounts, so your profile is seen by people who have already shown they care about what you do. The ones who like what they see follow you.
That is the entire mechanism, and it is why the followers stay. They were not paid, prompted or faked into following. They found a profile they wanted to follow. Your dashboard shows every target's performance, so you can see which accounts are bringing people in and sharpen the list over time.

What we will not do

In 2017 I was in my final year of high school and I wanted to make money from Instagram. So I started a motivational account and set about growing it. It went from zero to more than 120,000 followers in about seven months, all of it organic.
Getting there took a lot of failed experiments. I tried most of what was going around at the time, and automation was everywhere in 2017. Nothing beat simply putting the account in front of the right people, every day, consistently. The thing that worked was the least clever thing I tried.
Then someone offered to buy the page. I did not want to sell it, but the conversation turned into a Skype call anyway, and somewhere in it I was asked why I was not doing this for other people. That question is the reason this company exists. My first two clients came through that same person not long after.
I ran those first accounts entirely by hand. Every target, every day, one at a time. It did not scale at all, but it worked, and doing it manually taught me exactly which parts of the method mattered and which parts were noise.
What turned it into a business was what the rest of the market looked like. Fake follower services were multiplying. The services that called themselves organic were not much better: their reviews were full of people whose accounts had been suspended, blocked or banned, usually because of aggressive automation or a method nobody had thought through properly. People were paying to have their accounts damaged.

What surprised me was how well the method travelled. I expected it to work for motivational pages, because that is where I learned it. Nine years on I am still in it every day. I am the owner and I am also the first employee.
