What counts as a generation?

One generation equals one output — whether that's a full carousel (regardless of slide count), a single post, a blog article, an AI image, a content research run, or a competitor analysis run. Length doesn't matter.

Do I need to be a Virallized growth client?

Not at all. Virallized AI works completely standalone — you can subscribe to it without ever using our growth service. They pair well together, but they're separate products.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime directly from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Do my generations roll over?

No — generations reset on your billing anniversary date each month. If you run out, you can buy a +10 top-up for $19 on any plan.

Will my content look AI-generated or generic?

No — that's the whole point. Virallized AI writes in your saved brand voice and drops every output into a real designer template system with your logo and colours, so it looks art-directed, not auto-generated. And nothing is final: you can edit every word, swap fonts, recolour, and rearrange before you export.

Can I edit everything the AI makes?

Yes. Every post and carousel opens in a full editor — rewrite any line, format individual words (bold, colour, highlight), move your logo, restyle slides, add stickers and photos, then export. Virallized AI gives you a finished first draft you actually control, not a locked file.

Can it post to Instagram for me?

Not yet. The Feed Planner (included on every plan) lets you lay out your 3×3 grid, write captions and set a date for every post — then, when it's time, one tap downloads the image and copies the caption, so posting takes seconds. Hitting share stays in your hands for now; official auto-publishing is on the roadmap.

Do I own what I create?

100%. Everything you generate is yours to use commercially — post it, sell it, deliver it to clients. Every export is clean and unbranded — no Virallized watermark on anything you download, on any plan.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Canva?
