Text messaging (SMS) at a glance

If you tick the texting box on our signup form, Virallized sends automated text messages about your own campaign only, such as login confirmations and security codes, never marketing. Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details are in section 6, Text Messaging (SMS) Program.

    • 6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

    Virallized sends automated text messages (SMS) only to clients who provide a mobile number on the Virallized signup form and tick the box beneath it. The box is unticked by default and reads: "Text me about my campaign at this number. Virallized will send login confirmations and account notices only, never marketing. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Ticking it is optional and is never a condition of buying or using the Services.

    What we collect for messaging and how we use it: when you opt in we store your mobile number, the fact and time of your consent, and a log of the messages we send you. We use this information only to send you automated notices about your own Instagram growth campaign (for example a login confirmation that Instagram is asking for, a security code you forward to us, a password change notice or a missing campaign setting), to record your opt-out, and to keep a record of your consent. We never use it for marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages at all.

    Message frequency varies with your account's needs and is typically a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time and HELP for help; you can also opt out by emailing support@virallized.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our text message delivery provider, Twilio, transmits messages solely on our behalf and under our instructions and may not use your number for any other purpose. This section applies regardless of any other sharing described in this policy.

    We keep messaging records for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to honour your opt-out. You can ask us to delete your mobile number at any time by emailing support@virallized.com.

    7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    Virallized may use cookies, tracking technologies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • analyze website traffic;
  • improve website functionality;
  • understand user behavior;
  • monitor marketing performance;
  • personalize user experience;
  • and improve the Services.

    • You can accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser settings. Please note that declining cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Services.

    8. Analytics & Advertising

    We may use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to:

    • These technologies collect technical information from your browser, such as cookie identifiers, pages viewed and ad interactions. They never receive your mobile number, your text-messaging consent or the content of any text message, and no mobile information is provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Virallized retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • maintain security;
  • and operate the business effectively.

    • 10. Security Measures

    Virallized implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect personal information.

    However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and Virallized cannot guarantee absolute security.

    11. Disclosure of Information

    Virallized does not sell personal information.

    Service providers act only on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are never disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see section 6).
