How to use Virallized AI, step by step
This is the full walkthrough of Virallized AI, from a cold start to a planned month of finished Instagram content. Your first 5 generations are free with every feature unlocked and no card required, so you can follow along with real generations rather than screenshots.
The short version of the whole guide: set up your brand kit once, let Content Research tell you what to make, generate carousels and posts from those ideas, and check the month in the feed planner before anything goes live. Each step below goes deeper.
Step 1: Start free and open the studio
Go to the Virallized AI page and start the free trial: 5 generations, every feature unlocked, no card. Create your account and the studio opens. If you are already a Virallized growth client, skip all of this: the studio is on your dashboard Overview, in the Virallized AI strip, with 10 generations a month already included in your plan.
A generation, everywhere in this guide, means one output: one full carousel (whatever its slide count), one post, one article, one research run or one competitor read. Five is genuinely enough to test the whole workflow once.
Step 2: Set up your brand kit before anything else
The brand kit is why output comes back sounding and looking like you instead of like an AI: your logo, your colors, and your voice. Set it up first, because every mode reads from it: carousels place your logo and palette automatically, captions and articles write in your voice.
Be concrete about the voice. "Friendly" teaches the model nothing; "direct, a little contrarian, short sentences, no emojis, explains like a coach who respects your time" produces recognizably yours. Plans carry 1, 3 or 10 brand profiles, so agencies set one up per client and switch between them.
Step 3: Generate your first carousel
Open the carousel mode and type a topic the way you would say it to a colleague: "why most gym beginners plateau in month two," not a keyword string. Pick a tone, a goal (saves, follows, DMs or sales, which shapes the closing slide's ask) and a slide count, or take the defaults.
Generate, and read what comes back as a draft with opinions: the hook slide, one idea per interior slide, a closer matched to your goal. Edit any slide's text directly. Then try the same content in two or three of the 30 templates before you export; same words, very different post. Then download the finished 4:5 slides.
The habit worth forming immediately: judge the hook hardest. If slide one would not stop you, regenerate or rewrite it before touching anything else, because nobody sees slide two otherwise.
Step 4: Make a single-image post with AI Post
Describe the post (subject, mood, setting) and the studio generates the image, sets your headline into it over a readable scrim, places your logo, and writes the caption in your voice. Regenerate if the image is close-but-not-right; edit the words in place if they are.
Use AI Post for concept visuals, quote posts and educational content. For product shots, use your real photos in the carousel templates instead: AI imagery is the wrong tool for photographing your actual product, and the studio does not pretend otherwise.
Step 5: Let Content Research decide what you post
The blank-page problem is upstream of design, so fix it upstream: point Content Research at your niche and it returns eight concrete ideas, each with a title, the opening hook, the format it suits and a sentence on why it should work. Send any idea straight into the matching mode with its context carried over.
A practical weekly rhythm: one research run on Monday, pick three or four ideas, generate them in one sitting, and you have the week's content in well under an hour.
Step 6: Sharpen openers with the hook generator
When a post matters or a hook feels flat, run the hook generator: twelve opening lines across proven frameworks: curiosity gap, contrarian, listicle, story, bold stat, question, how-to and more. Steal the strongest, or splice two. Hooks are the highest-leverage words you will publish; twelve options beats staring at one.
Step 7: Read a competitor properly
Give the competitor analysis mode an account in your space and it returns a written strategy read: the content gaps they leave open, the angles worth taking against them, the formats they lean on. It is deliberately a strategy document rather than an analytics dashboard — no tool can see their private reach data, and this one does not pretend to. Expect one or two runs a month to be plenty.
Step 8: Turn expertise into articles with the blog writer
For the searchable, linkable version of what you post about, the blog writer produces full articles: headline options, structured sections with H2s, a meta description, your voice throughout. Publish on your own site and let Google compound what Instagram started.
Step 9: Check the month in the feed planner
Before anything goes live, open the feed planner: your coming posts laid out as the month-view grid, so you catch three same-looking covers in a row or a feed drifting off-palette while it is still free to fix. This is also where template discipline pays: feeds that hold one or two templates read as a brand; feeds that rotate all 30 read as sampling.
Publishing itself stays yours: Virallized AI exports finished, watermark-free files you own and does not auto-post, by design.
Step 10: Plans, top-ups and managing billing
When the free 5 run out: Standard is $49/month for 20 generations and 1 brand profile, Pro $89 for 60 and 3 brands, Max $199 for 175 and 10 brands. A launch promo prices lower at checkout, and annual billing is cheaper again. Run out mid-month and a $19 top-up adds 10 generations. Everything, including cancelling, is self-serve from Plan & billing inside the studio.
Growth clients' included 10 reset on the 1st of each month; a paid subscription resets on its own billing anniversary.
Common questions
How do I start using Virallized AI?
Start the free trial from the Virallized AI page (5 generations, every feature unlocked, no card), then set up your brand kit and generate your first carousel from a plain-English topic. Growth clients open it from the Virallized AI strip on their dashboard Overview instead; their plan already includes 10 generations a month.
What should I set up first in Virallized AI?
The brand kit: logo, colors, and a concrete description of your voice. Every mode reads from it, so five minutes there upgrades everything you generate afterwards.
How many generations do I need per month?
A steady three-posts-a-week Instagram presence uses roughly 12-15 generations a month with a research run or two, comfortably inside Standard's 20. Heavier schedules, multiple brands or agency work are what Pro's 60 and Max's 175 are sized for.
Can I edit what Virallized AI generates?
Yes: slide text, captions and articles are editable in place, you can swap any carousel between the 30 templates without regenerating, and regeneration is always available when the draft is not close enough.
Does Virallized AI schedule or publish my posts?
No. The feed planner previews your month as a grid, and you export finished files to publish with your usual flow or scheduler. Publishing access to your account is never required.
How do I cancel or change my Virallized AI plan?
Self-serve, from Plan & billing inside the studio: upgrades, downgrades, top-ups and cancellation all live there. No email required.
