Inflact review: a good record for a product that quietly changed shape.

Inflact's record is solid for software — 4.0★ from 656 reviews, 10% 1-star — but the product behind it has changed shape. Read on 3 September 2026, inflact.com calls itself "Instagram research & influencer discovery": account search, profile analysis, tracking, downloaders and hashtag tools. Its follow-and-like automation, the Promo module, is not listed for sale on any public page and its old URLs return 404, while its tutorials remain online. Plans are Free, Research at $34 and Pro at $59 a month; the 7-day trial costs $3 and rebills. Figures below render live with sources; we're Virallized, a competing managed growth service, and we say so.

What Inflact is

Inflact is an Instagram research and influencer-discovery toolkit (influencer search, profile analyzer, tracker, downloader and hashtag generator) that you operate yourself; its follow and DM automation modules are no longer sold on its public pages.

What Inflact sells now, and what it no longer lists

The homepage headline reads "Find Instagram Influencer Account – Creator Profile Search", with "AI-based Influencer Discovery", "Let AI handle the research" and "Expert human assistance" from "real specialists". The navigation offers Instagram Search, Profile Analyzer, Instagram Tracker, Story Viewer, Profile Viewer, Downloader, Hashtag Generator, Hashtag Trends and a Fonts Generator, and the Terms of Service list the same set (viewer, downloader, stories saver, hashtag generator, tracker, search, analyzer, fonts) and nothing else.

What is absent is the module Inflact was best known for. Promo (its follow, like and unfollow automation) appears nowhere in the navigation, on the pricing page or in the site's 113-URL sitemap, and inflact.com/instagram-promo/ and /promo/ both return 404. Yet the tutorials remain live: "How to Use Advanced Settings in Inflact Promo Module" (updated 18 August 2026) still walks through following, liking, unfollowing and story-viewing settings that keep "promotion looking organic and human-like", and the support FAQ still answers "How to choose Targets for Promotion?" and offers "Safety tips (to avoid Instagram blocking)". Whether Promo can still be bought inside the logged-in app we could not verify. It sits behind the login. That is the whole of what we can say: as of 3 September 2026 the public site sells research and discovery tools only, and the automation module is no longer listed for sale.

That matters for reading the record: a 4.0★ score from 656 reviews spans both eras, and a review of follow automation from two years ago describes a different product from the one on sale today.

The pricing page, read on 3 September 2026

Three cards: Free at $0; Research at $34.00 a month or $285.60 a year; Pro at $59.00 a month or $495.60 a year, under a "Save 30% on yearly plans" toggle. The yearly figures are one-time totals, not monthly rates. A "Custom package" is mentioned without a price.

Scroll down the same page and the FAQ tells a different story: "The Research pack … just $22.00/month" and "For $79.00/month, you get the complete set of tools to run your Instagram marketing on autopilot." The cards govern (they are what the checkout charges), and the FAQ is older copy left in place, complete with an "autopilot" promise the current toolset does not make.

The trial is not free. Both paid cards offer a "7-day trial for $3.00", the Subscription Guide says it "is available for the Research Pack only", and the pricing FAQ confirms monthly auto-rebilling: the trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel first. Cancellation takes effect immediately and "you will not be charged again".

Refunds, the non-refundable list, and what is not promised

The Refund and Cancellation Policy says "Refund request must be sent within 30 days of payment" and that "Inflact considers all the refund requests and seeks to resolve such disputes through negotiations": extra days, a switch to another module, or a refund. The Terms carve out exceptions: "The payment for Hashtag Generator, for Instagram Downloader and for Instagram Stories Saver is non-refundable", and "Funds paid for a new subscription are non-refundable." A refund, then, is a negotiation with a 30-day deadline, and several cheaper tools sit outside it entirely.

On results, Inflact makes no numeric promise at all: "The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way." For a research toolkit that is the right disclaimer. The company behind it is Wiseway SIA of Riga, Latvia, and the site is current: copyright 2026, newest tutorial August 2026.

Who Inflact suits in 2026

If you do your own outreach (finding creators, vetting a profile before a deal, tracking a competitor), Inflact's research tools are a reasonable buy at $34–$59 a month with a well-rated record behind them. It is software you operate; nobody at Inflact grows your account, and the site no longer claims otherwise.

If what you wanted from Inflact was the growth, the public site no longer sells it, and the market that does is ranked by its Trustpilot record on the rankings page. The best Inflact alternatives lays out the options, Virallized vs Inflact is the direct comparison, and the plan-by-plan detail is at Inflact pricing. For our part, the growth is done for you, behind a 7-day money-back guarantee rather than a $3 trial that rebills.

Common questions

Is Inflact legit?

Yes. Inflact is run by Wiseway SIA in Riga, Latvia, publishes its prices, and holds a Trustpilot record of 4.0★ from 656 reviews with 10% 1-star, one of the better-rated products in this market. It is software you operate, and as of 3 September 2026 its public site sells research and discovery tools only; the Promo automation module is no longer listed for sale.

Does Inflact still offer Instagram automation?

Not on any public page we could read. The navigation, pricing page and sitemap contain no Promo, Direct or posting product, and the old /instagram-promo/ URL returns 404. Tutorials for Promo remain online; whether it can still be bought inside the logged-in app we could not verify.

How much does Inflact cost?

Free, Research at $34 a month ($285.60 a year) or Pro at $59 a month ($495.60 a year), per the cards read on 3 September 2026. The same page's FAQ still quotes $22 and $79, older copy; the cards are what you will be charged.

Is the Inflact trial free?

No. It is a 7-day trial for $3 (on the Research pack, according to the Subscription Guide), and it rolls into a paid monthly subscription unless canceled first.

Does Inflact give refunds?

Requests must be made within 30 days of payment and are settled "through negotiations": extra days, a module switch or a refund. Under the Terms, the Hashtag Generator, Downloader and Stories Saver are non-refundable, as are funds paid for a new subscription.
