Kenji calls itself a bot ("The #1 Instagram Growth Bot"), and on 3 September 2026 the domain kenji.ai answered with two different websites. The apex site sells $39, $69 and $119 plans with a "3-day Free Trial", names SocialGrowth LLC FZ, the company behind Flock Social, in its Terms, and answers its own free-trial question "Unfortunately, no." The www site sells $49 and $79 plans from a different operator and says "We do not offer a free trial anymore." Both say "your account is guaranteed to grow"; both Terms deny it. Kenji is an Instagram automation tool (its own site describes it as "The Best Instagram Bot") that runs follows, likes and engagement on your behalf.

One domain, two storefronts

Load kenji.ai without the www and the page title reads "KENJI - The Best Instagram Bot - Boost your follows & likes"; the footer says "SocialGrowth LLC FZ. All rights reserved.", the Dubai company also named on flocksocial.com. Its pricing page lists Social Rookie at $39 a month, Digital Influencer at $69 and CyberSocial Pro at $119, or $19, $34 and $64 a month "Billed $229 annualy", $409 and $769, with estimates of "600 - 800+", "800 - 1,200+" and "1,200 - 1,600+" followers a month. The feature list is Flock Social's, item for item.

Load www.kenji.ai and the title becomes "KENJI - The Best Instagram Bot - 10x more follows & likes", the footer names MKN Media Ltd in Labuan, Malaysia, and the pricing page offers "Simple" at $49 and "Pro" at $79 a month, with no annual toggle and no follower estimates. Both hosts served full pages and took signups that day. Which one a new customer pays we could not determine; we report both.

Three answers to one question about the trial

On the apex site, the pricing page says "3-day Free Trial" and "Start for Free." The same site's FAQ answers "Any free trial?" with "Unfortunately, no. As soon as you sign up to KENJI, our machines set up your Instagram account on one of our phones." And the same site's Terms contain a clause converting a "7-day free trial" into a paid subscription. Three days, seven days and none, on one host.

The www site is at least consistent: "We do not offer a free trial anymore as KENJI has moved away from being an app install. We now use physical phones (which costs us money the moment you sign up)." Both Terms documents, dated 30 November 2022, say refund requests are handled "on a case-by-case basis" and that yearly and quarterly plans are non-refundable; the www version adds that a refund for service issues is possible "only within 30 days of the initial purchase," and that turning interactions off in the dashboard "does not cancel the subscription."

A bot by its own description, and what that does to an account

Kenji does not dress this up. "KENJI is an Instagram bot powered by A.I. that helps you get more Instagram followers, likes, and engagement." It "uses real phones to perform actions on your account, mimicking human behavior throughout the whole day," and works "by auto-following other Instagram users in your niche." The www site describes "Follow & Unfollow automation in batches." That candour is worth something; it does not change the mechanism.

The mechanism is the follow/unfollow method run by a machine holding your login. Instagram's limits apply to the account, not the phone, so an action block lands on you, and the accounts that follow back are the ones that were followed first, which is why growth driven by bot accounts tends to arrive without engagement. Kenji's own FAQ says its warm-up "lasts 2 to 4 days"; a warm-up exists because those limits do.

Guaranteed to grow, and no guarantee at all

Both sites say "your account is guaranteed to grow" and that "KENJI promises you real followers every day." Both Terms say the opposite: "We do not guarantee the number of followers You will receive and if they will be real individuals." The www site adds "Rated 9.1/10 by over 110,000 users." The record we can check says something else: 2.0★ from 28 reviews on Trustpilot, 67% of them 1-star: a small base, which cuts both ways, and the reason the count sits beside every score on our rankings.

Where that leaves a buyer: a cheap, self-described bot whose price and trial policy depend on which page loads, and a promise its own contract withdraws.
