The short answer

Is Outfame legit?

Outfame is a real business: Outfame Inc., based in Los Angeles, which says it has run since 2019 and served 65,000+ creators and businesses. It sells what it describes, AI-driven growth that connects through Instagram's official APIs and shows your account to people who follow accounts like yours.

The question buyers should ask is about the record, not the existence. Its Trustpilot profile, read on 14 October 2026, reads 2.5 from 229 reviews, and the company has not claimed it. Its own site shows 4.98 from 1,585+ reviews beside a Google logo. The two records describe very different experiences, so read the next sections before you start a trial.

The offer

What Outfame sells

Three plans: Go at $49 a month for a stated 1,000 to 2,000 followers, Grow at $69 for 2,500 to 3,500 with competitor targeting and 15 AI-generated posts a month, and Glory at $129 for a stated 4,000+ guaranteed, with an account manager, 30 AI posts and weekly reports. The site runs a "70% Off Today" banner with a countdown, and yearly plans are offered without their prices shown.

Those monthly prices are labelled first-month prices, and the pricing page does not show what later months cost. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that takes a card at checkout, and Outfame promises a full refund if there is no net growth in 30 days. Cancellation runs through its support team.

The record

What its reviews say

We read Trustpilot on 14 October 2026. Of 229 reviews, 127 are one-star (55%) and 77 are five-star (34%), with little in between. The 20 most recent, from 20 July to 8 October 2026, are all one-star.

The same complaints repeat. Reviewers say cancelling was hard because it had to go through support, which they say did not answer; that a later month was charged at several times the first; and that growth was small or never started. Some five-star reviews describe strong growth, so experiences differ, but the recent pattern is consistent enough to check before you hand over a card.

Fair to them

Where Outfame is the better fit

Outfame's entry price is lower than ours, it offers a free trial where we do not, and its refund is tied to a clear test: no net growth in 30 days, money back. Its Grow plan includes competitor targeting and AI posts, and it publishes far larger follower numbers than we do.

If you want to try something cheaply for a few days, those are real advantages. Before the trial ends, ask in writing what the second month will cost and how to cancel, and keep the answer.

Our pick

Where Virallized differs

We run Virallized, so weigh this accordingly. Our plans run $99 to $299 a month as listed on our pricing page, and every plan publishes a conservative range, from 150 to 500 followers a month on Standard up to 750 to 3,000 on Managed, because people decide whether to follow and we would rather under-promise. The refund is 7 days, money back, on the first payment.

You choose the accounts whose followers should become yours, and people on our team reach them with quality interactions from your own account, with a personal account manager from Pro. Virallized AI content tools are included on every plan, and our Trustpilot profile reads 4.8. In the 150-account sample we publish (client accounts that had each run at least 90 days, to 19 September 2026, nothing excluded), the median account added 302 net followers a month and all 150 finished larger than they started.

Your call

How to choose between them

Start from the records. A low first-month price and big follower numbers are worth less if later months cost more than you expected, so ask any service, including us, for the monthly price after the first, the refund terms in writing and how cancelling works. Then judge the first weeks by who arrives, not by how many.

Before you pay any service, grade your account with our free audit tool so you have a baseline, and read our clients' before and after results alongside the full ranking of every provider's public record.
