Plixi's pricing page, re-read on 4 September 2026, shows three plans in Australian dollars: Basic A$88 / Pro A$124 / Experts™ A$182 a month, or A$44 / A$62 / A$91 a month on the Yearly toggle the page opens on. The yearly rate really is half the monthly one, so the “save 50%” checks out; what the page does not print is an annual total. The Terms say “All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.” while every price carries an A$ prefix, there is no trial, and the entire refund policy is one line. The billing terms that change the real price
The page opens on Yearly under a “FLASH SALE” banner with a countdown, and the toggle reads “Yearly save 50%”. That one holds up: A$44 against A$88, A$62 against A$124 and A$91 against A$182 are each exactly half. What the page does not do is print an annual total, so the number you are committing to for a year is left for you to work out: A$528, A$744 or A$1,092 at those rates. Multiply before checkout, and note that the monthly prices moved between our August and September readings, so check them yourself on the day.
Then the currency. Every card carries an A$ prefix, but the Terms say “All payments shall be in U.S. dollars,” and the add-on line, “Plixi Experts is available for +$300/mo. with any plan”, carries no prefix at all while sitting beside an Experts™ plan separately priced at A$182. The page reconciles none of it, so the currency your card is charged in, and whether the add-on and the plan are the same thing, are questions to settle with Plixi in writing before paying.
The refund, in Plixi's own words
There is no free trial on the page or in the Terms. The promise is the hero's “Guaranteed Results or It's Free!”, which the page expands, in full, to: “Guaranteed growth within 7 days or we'll give you a refund.” That sentence is the entire refund policy we could find. It does not define growth, say how it is measured, or say what happens to a yearly payment.
Normally the Terms would answer those questions. Plixi's do not: plixi.com/terms contains no refund, guarantee or trial clause at all. Its only money clauses are the price-change reservation, the US-dollar line and the consent to recurring charges. So the sales page's one line governs by default, with nothing behind it to say who decides whether growth happened. Get the refund terms in writing before paying, and keep the reply.
What the money buys
Plixi describes a team plus an engine: “Your own Instagram team” in the hero, an “AI-Powered Growth Engine” and “Plixi Cloud™” on Pro, and a “Dedicated Instagram Manager” with “Weekly Reports” and a “Content Strategy” on Experts™. The hero adds “250+ hours saved every month” and “≈350% more real, engaged followers”. What is done to reach the follower ranges (from whose account, at what pace) is not described on the pricing page.
The outside test is the public record: Plixi's Trustpilot rating is currently suspended, and the profile renders live above in Trustpilot's own words. No à-la-carte follower or like sales appear on the pricing page; the follower ranges on the cards are the promise, and the one-line refund is the only remedy stated for missing them.
