The short version: Grow Your Social is a real, founder-led service with a strong Trustpilot score (4.4 from 125 reviews, 104 of them five-star), a 10-day free trial and an account manager on both plans, and its happy reviewers describe relevant, real followers. Its low-rated reviews keep returning to two complaints: Instagram disabling, banning or locking the account during or after the trial, and sales emails nobody asked for; the company answers each one. Virallized starts at $99 a month with a 7-day money-back guarantee, gives you a personal account manager from the Pro plan, and includes Virallized AI for content on every plan.
Grow Your Social is an Instagram growth service from Vienna, founded by Fabian Kitzweger: an account manager engages with people in your niche, in its own words from real smartphones with the help of AI, after a 10-day free trial.
How Grow Your Social works
Grow Your Social is run from Vienna by its founder, Fabian Kitzweger, who says he grew his own account by hand to more than 190,000 followers before building a team around the method. You connect your Instagram in its dashboard, pick accounts in your niche, and an account manager engages with their followers, which its FAQ says is done “using real smartphones” and “with the help of AI”, so the people who like what they see find you.
There are two plans, Lite and Growth. Growth adds faster growth, precision niche targeting, prioritising by language and gender, and optional welcome DMs to new followers. A Content Studio and website design are sold as add-ons. Virallized works in the same family, from your own account with people choosing whether to follow; the differences are in the price, the refund, what each plan includes and the public record below.
What Grow Your Social costs
Grow Your Social has two plans, read on its site on 5 October 2026: Lite at $67.99 a month and Growth at $79.99 on a limited-time offer, down from $82.99 and $97.99, with quarterly billing as an option. Every plan opens with a 10-day free trial, and its FAQ says your card is charged only after the trial ends. We found no money-back guarantee on its homepage or FAQ.
Virallized runs from $99 to $299 a month across four plans, each with a published range of followers a month, a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment and no contracts. Pro, at $149, adds a personal account manager, which Grow Your Social includes on both plans; Virallized AI, for posts, captions and images, comes with every Virallized plan.
What its reviews say: the good
Grow Your Social's Trustpilot profile reads 4.4 out of 5 from 125 reviews on 5 October 2026: 104 five-star, 2 four-star, 3 three-star, 1 two-star and 15 one-star. Trustpilot's badge says the company replies to 100% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours, and its replies often give details from its own records. Trustpilot also notes that it has not invited customers to review recently, so the profile may not be representative.
The five-star reviews praise three things. The followers: a UK reviewer in July 2026 wrote that “the followers I gained are for the most part relevant and actual humans”, and another in June 2026 that the account had “already brought in a handful of new customers”. The pace: a reviewer in Hungary described “steady, consistent growth and a dashboard that's easy to work with”. And the support, with reviewers in several countries naming their account manager and saying support replies fast and helps.
What its reviews say: disabled accounts and unwanted emails
**Accounts disabled or locked.** Four low-rated reviews describe it. In September 2026 a reviewer in Malaysia wrote: “I signed up for their free 7 day trial and my account got disabled instantly.” In May 2026 a UK reviewer on the free trial wrote that “instagram ended up banning my account twice”. In February 2025 a US reviewer posted “Banned/LOCKED OUT of my Instagram Account”, describing activity after cancelling. And in July 2024 an Austrian reviewer testing it on a small account wrote that Instagram blocked the account's activity after three days.
Grow Your Social answers each. It says the accounts in the 2026 cases had only just been created, and that “Instagram applies additional checks to newly created accounts”; in the February 2025 case it replied that the account “is NOT banned” and disputed the timeline. We can't verify either side, and both are public on the profile. What any reader can take from it: the reviews describe new or very small accounts, which every careful service treats with extra care.
**Emails nobody asked for.** Eight 1-star reviews, from 2024 to 2026 and in English and German, complain of sales emails sent to the contact address on the reviewer's Instagram profile. A UK reviewer in August 2026 wrote simply: “They are spamming me.” Another in July 2025 described “unsolicited emails on my business account from this company, even though I never signed up”. The company replies that its sales agents write once and “never follow up”, and a five-star reviewer in June 2026 said a polite no was accepted the same day.
Who should choose Grow Your Social
If you want to try a service before paying anything, Grow Your Social's 10-day trial is generous, its five-star reviews are many and recent, and an account manager comes with the cheapest plan. Read the 1-star reviews first, and think twice about starting any growth service on a brand-new account.
Virallized makes more sense if you want the refund window in writing from the first payment, a published follower range for each plan, plans from $99 in US dollars, and the content made for you by Virallized AI as well as the audience found. Virallized is rated 4.8 from 98 reviews on Trustpilot. Whichever you choose, judge the first weeks by who arrives, not by how many.
