Kicksta is one of the longest-running names in Instagram growth, trading for roughly eight years. It is a software service rather than a managed one: you connect your account, choose target accounts whose followers you want to reach, and Kicksta's system engages with those people automatically, mostly by liking their posts, in the hope that a percentage follow you back.
You do not get a person working your account. You get a dashboard, a list of targets and a set of automated actions running against them.
