How do I manage my targets, and what do their numbers mean?

The Targeting tab holds your target list, and adding or removing one takes seconds. The campaign picks changes up automatically, so sharpening the list is something you can do any time, no need to ask us first.

Next to each target you will see its follow-back rate: of the people we engaged from that target's audience, the share who followed you back. 30 percent or better is strong. Under 12 percent is weak and worth swapping for an account closer to your best performers.

One honest caveat: a rate only means something once enough follows have been re-checked. A new target shows as still gathering rather than as a number, because early figures swing wildly, a target added yesterday has followers who simply have not seen you yet. When a rate is marked early, read it as a direction, not a verdict.

The winning loop is simple: keep what performs, cut what clearly does not, and replace cuts with accounts similar to your strongest targets.
