Its own page explains where the followers come from: your profile "is shared with a large network of active Instagram users who follow accounts in exchange for rewards through our platform". Trustpilot has removed its profile for going against its guidelines. What Blastup sells

Blastup sells followers, likes and views for Instagram and TikTok, and describes itself on its home page as "your instant solution for social proof". Its followers page is headed "Buy Instagram Followers - Real & Instant | From $2.99", lists "Instant/Gradual Delivery Speed", "Auto-Refill" and a "Delivery Guarantee", and shows a counter of purchases in the last 24 hours.

It calls itself a "top-rated Instagram & TikTok growth service since 2012", says it has "helped over 100,000+ customers", and offers a free trial of likes. It also states that "85% of customers who purchased followers from Blastup make another purchase within 30 days".

The method

Where its followers come from

Blastup's followers page is unusually specific about the source: "Your profile is shared with a large network of active Instagram users who follow accounts in exchange for rewards through our platform." In other words, the people who follow you are paid in rewards to do it. They are real accounts, as Blastup says, but they followed for the reward, not for your posts.

That matters for two reasons. A follow given for a reward rarely turns into a like, a comment or a sale, so your engagement rate falls as the follower count rises. And Meta's Community Standards, which have covered Instagram since November 2024, ban buying, selling or exchanging engagement such as likes, shares, views and follows, which is exactly the trade an exchange network runs on. Blastup's own page sells a 30-day automatic refill for when counts drop.

We opened Blastup's Trustpilot page on 27 October 2026. The profile has been removed, and the page now reads: "The business you're trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." That is Trustpilot's judgement, not ours, and you can check it on the link in the table.

What bought numbers do to an account

A follower who came for a reward does not watch your stories, like your posts or tell a friend about you. Add a few thousand of them and the same real engagement is spread over a bigger audience, so your engagement rate falls, and anyone who checks it (a brand, a client, an audit tool) reads the gap.

Is Blastup legit?

It is a working shop: orders are placed and followers arrive. But Trustpilot has removed its profile for going against its guidelines (read on 27 October 2026), and its own page says the followers come from users who "follow accounts in exchange for rewards".
