The offer
What VIPLikes sells
VIPLikes, at viplikes.net, sells followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn and close to twenty more platforms. Its Instagram menu covers followers (including country-targeted packages for the USA, the UK and Arab countries), likes, reels likes, views, story views, Live views, reels views, comments and automatic views.
Its followers page offers packages from 50 to 200,000 followers, says delivery starts "within 1 to 12 hours after purchase, with an average speed of 1K-10K followers per day", and states in capitals that "all the followers are 100% real". The account must stay public until the order completes.
The terms
What its guarantees cover
The menu promises a "100% Money Back Guarantee". Its refund policy is narrower: "Our company can provide a full refund only under certain circumstances - if the order was not started within a period of time that is mentioned under each service or if you did not get the service at all." An order that is only partly delivered may get "a partial refund for the undelivered amount".
On drops, the followers FAQ says: "Some of the purchased Instagram Followers may occasionally disappear after delivery. This happens very rarely, but it is possible." Refills "may be possible", and both the cover period and eligibility "are decided individually". Its Live views page is similar: compensation is paid "only if the ordered number of concurrent viewers was never reached at any point during the entire stream".

What bought numbers do to an account
A delivered follower does not watch your stories, like your posts or tell a friend about you. Add a few thousand at "1K-10K followers per day" and the same real engagement is spread over a bigger audience, so your engagement rate falls, and anyone who checks it (a brand, a client, an audit tool) reads the gap.
Meta's Community Standards, which have covered Instagram since November 2024, ban buying, selling or exchanging engagement such as likes, shares, views and follows, and fake accounts are removed in sweeps, which is why bought counts sag and sellers write drop clauses into their FAQs.
