Can I get the dashboard as an app on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard installs as an app straight from your browser, no app store involved. Open app.virallized.com on your phone, then use your browser's add-to-home-screen option: on iPhone that is the share button, then Add to Home Screen; on Android the browser menu offers Install app or Add to home screen.
From then on it opens full-screen from its own icon like any other app.
The part worth switching on is push notifications, in the Settings tab. With them on, your phone tells you the moment something needs you: a setup item to clear, a reply from your manager, news about your campaign. Speed matters on the setup ones, growth runs only while everything is in place, and a nudge on your phone beats an email found the next day.
Notifications are per-device, so switch them on from the phone you actually carry.
