Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day billing starts. If Virallized is not for you, email us within those seven days and you are refunded in full. No questions, no talking you out of it, no forms.
This is a public promise on every page of our site, so inside the window a refund is something you are entitled to, not something you request nicely. One email does it: the contact page has the address, and telling us the account handle speeds it up.
After day seven, refunds are considered case by case rather than automatically, which is the honest way to say: talk to us. If something went wrong on our side, a delay we caused, downtime we should have covered, we make it right, including extending subscriptions to cover downtime.
The guarantee exists because the first week tells you a lot: setup completes, growth starts within a day or so, and your dashboard starts showing real movement. If what you see does not convince you, you should not be paying for it, that is the whole deal.
