How do I cancel?
Email us at support@virallized.com, or use the prefilled email in your Billing tab. There is no self-serve cancel button, and that is deliberate: a person checks your account, confirms exactly what happens to your billing date, and sends you a written confirmation you can keep. No hoops, no phone call, one email.
The confirmation states one of two outcomes, and it will always be explicit about which: cancelled at the period end, meaning growth keeps running until the renewal date you have already paid for and nothing more is charged, or cancelled immediately, meaning growth has already stopped. You will never have to guess.
Cancelling deletes nothing. Your targets, settings and follower history stay safely on file, so coming back never means setting up from scratch. The confirmation email also carries a one-click way back: inside your paid period it simply undoes the cancellation with nothing charged, and after the period ends it restarts the plan with nothing charged until you confirm at checkout.
