Jumper Media reviews: what the record shows, and the alternatives
Alternatives · checked 27 October 2026
Jumper Media is a San Diego marketing company that now leads with local search, review removal, video and social media management, while its Instagram growth page is still live: a personal Instagram assistant, pay as you go, cancel anytime and "30 days moneyback", with no price published. Its homepage says "Trustpilot rates us as excellent", but its claimed Trustpilot profile holds no reviews at all, and the refund terms in its subscription agreement are written for its local search service. Trustpilot figures as read on each live profile on the date above; prices and methods from each provider's own public pages. We run Virallized, so it is listed first. Everyone else keeps Trustpilot's order.

Every provider's full record, ranked by its live Trustpilot score: the full ranking. What each tier really costs, and the billing traps: Instagram growth service cost.
Not on this shortlist: Outfame (2.1★ from 168 reviews), UpGrow (rating suspended by Trustpilot) and Upleap (2.9★ from 150 reviews), which other lists often recommend. Each sells followers alongside its growth plan, in its own words on its own site, so our ranking files it with the sellers rather than the growth services. The offer
What Jumper Media sells now
Jumper Media's homepage now leads with local marketing: Jumper Local (reaching a top 3 position on Google Maps), Reputation Shield (removing damaging Google reviews), Creation (video editing) and Social Management.
Its Instagram growth page is still live under the heading "#1 Instagram Marketing Agency for Small Business". It promises a personal Instagram assistant who starts the day after a short questionnaire, "3,000+" clients and "2,000+ Followers you will get", without saying over what period or on which plan.
The method
Its Instagram service
Jumper Media describes a team of real people interacting with your target audience for you, and says it "no longer uses" bots to grow Instagram pages. You choose the audience in a questionnaire, and its niche targeting looks for the communities most likely to become customers.
What the page does not publish is a price. To start, you leave your name, email, phone and Instagram username in a form, and the terms are set out after that. If you are comparing services side by side, ask for the monthly price and the expected range in writing before you agree to anything.
The record
Jumper Media reviews: the record
We opened Jumper Media's Trustpilot profile on 27 October 2026. It is claimed by the company and holds no reviews, so there is no TrustScore to read. Its homepage nonetheless says "Trustpilot rates us as excellent" beside a 4.7 rating on Google Reviews.
A homepage claim about a profile with nothing on it is worth noticing. The Google rating may be genuine, and it is shared across all of Jumper Media's services, most of which are now local search and reputation work rather than Instagram growth.
The terms
The refund promise
The Instagram page promises "Pay as you go. Cancel anytime. 30 days moneyback." Jumper Media's Master Subscription Agreement, read on 27 October 2026, sets out a performance guarantee and refund eligibility for its Jumper Local service: a top 3 Google Maps ranking for at least one keyword within 90 days, or a refund of the monthly fees for that service.
We found no matching refund terms for Instagram growth in that agreement. That does not mean the 30-day promise is not honoured; it means it is not where a buyer would look for it, so get it confirmed in writing before you pay.
Our pick
Where Virallized differs
We run Virallized, so weigh this accordingly. Everything a buyer needs is published before you pay: four plans from $99 to $299 a month, a follower range for each, from 150 to 500 a month on Standard up to 750 to 3,000 on Managed, and a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment in our terms of service.
You choose the accounts whose followers should become yours, and people on our team reach them with quality interactions from your own account, with a personal account manager from Pro. Our Trustpilot profile reads 4.8. In the 200-account sample we publish (client accounts that had each run at least 90 days, to 23 October 2026, nothing excluded), the median account added 407 net followers a month and all 200 finished larger than they started.
