How Loops work
Trusy's Instagram growth places your content "in front of your ideal audience" with what it calls a unique targeted algorithm. Its second product, Loops, works differently, and Trusy explains it in one line: "Influencers run giveaways and offer participants a prize in exchange for following your account."
That is worth understanding before you pay. A giveaway delivers a burst of follows from people whose reason for following is the prize, and many leave when it is over or never engage again. It can lift a count quickly; it rarely builds the audience that buys, books or watches. If you join, judge it on engagement a month later, not on the follower number on day one.
